The Bible teaches us that men and women have been created differently so that they can fulfil different God-honouring roles. It is when men and women complement each other in in their roles (rather than mimic each other) that God’s pattern for human relationships is seen. As men, we are called to demonstrate spiritual leadership both in the church and in the home.
For many of us, this is not a role that comes naturally and so we see our regular Men’s Group as a time when we can study the word of God together, specifically considering its implications for us as men, and praying through these things together.
We also plan to have some one-off events, to deepen our fellowship together. This ministry is open to all men, whatever your age, or circumstances. For more information about any events for men please do contact us
James 1:23&24 "For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like."
Booking to come in-person
During the current pandemic our events are available to those who book in advance, for two reasons:
1. Numbers attending are limited
2. We are required to collect contact details of attendees to assist NHS Scotland’s Test and Protect service. (Details will be stored for 21 days after you attend an event and then deleted. They will not be used by the organisers for any extra communication other than confirmation of your booking or in the need to contact you regarding the upcoming event.)
You must pre-book to come to our events using our Booking System. To use the system, please log in or register your contact details below.
If you are not able to register or use online systems, please contact us and we will help you.
If you have any questions or need to get in touch with us about any other enquiry we will be happy to help.
Note that face coverings will be required inside the building for those over 5yrs and you will have to check-in on arrival.
